摘要
在液力变矩器选配工作中,整车动力性、经济性仿真分析结论不足以支持选配工作,需借助发动机和变矩器共同工作特性曲线,全面分析变矩器在极端工况下的适应性能。为此以液力变矩器转矩传递理论为基础,对比不同性能参数变矩器和发动机共同工作特性曲线,对选型及标杆车变矩器共同工作区域进行对比分析来支持选配工作。分析表明:分析高原环境下变矩器和发动机共同工作的后备功率,可区分变矩器的适应能力,避免极端环境下动力输出不足。
In the torque converter matching, vehicle power, economic ~mml^L,,,,, ,, : not enough to support the matching work, need the help of engine and torque converter working characteristic curve, a comprehensive analysis to the torque converter performance in extreme conditions. Using the torque converter torque transmission theory, comparing the different performance parameters of torque converter and engine working characteristic curve, compared to support work on the selection and matching of benchmark car variable working area converter. The results show that the power of the converter and the engine can be distinguished by the analysis of the backup power of the converter and the engine in the plateau environment.
