摘要
介绍了刮板输送机的工作原理及结构形式,并对其中部槽进行改进设计;通过建立弯曲状态下的刮板输送机中部槽的力学模型,分析了中部槽系统弯曲时的最大受力,运用三维建模软件Pro/E和ANSYS有限元仿真软件,完成了中部槽的应力分析;分析结果表明:中部槽的应力远小于各材料的屈服强度,有效提高了中部槽的结构强度。
Introduce the working principle and structure of the scraper conveyor,and improves the design of the middle slot. Through the establishment of the mechanical model of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor in the curved state, the maximum force ,the finite element simulation software of the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E and ANSYS was used to complete the stress analysis of the middle trough. The results show that the stress of the middle groove is much smaller than that of each material strength, effectively improve the structure of the central trough strength.
