Application and Research of Density Automatic Control System in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant

对于重介质选煤来说,保证介质密度的稳定性,改善重介系统洗选效果,是提高洗选产品质量的重要因素。为此,屯兰选煤厂采用密度自动控制系统对介质密度进行跟踪检测、调节。实践表明:系统工作可靠、运行稳定,控制误差为±0.003 g/cm3,完全满足生产要求,洗选效果得到很大改善,经济效益非常突出。

For heavy medium coal preparation, it is important to ltnprove tuc quat^ty products by ensuring the stability of medium density and improving the washing effect of dense medium system. Therefore, the density automatic control system is used for tracking,testing and adjusting the medium density. It shows that the system is reliable and stable operation, the control error is ±0.003 g/cm^3, fully meet the production requirements ,washing effect has been greatly improved ,the economic benefits are very prominent.
