摘要 为提高干雾喷嘴对井下作业场所呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率,通过实验研究了干雾喷嘴的雾化特性参数,得出了雾滴平均粒径与气水流量的变化规律,确定了最佳的工作参数范围;并以井下巷道喷雾降尘过程为研究对象,建立了巷道的相似模型,通过实验得出干雾喷嘴降尘效率随水流量的增大先增大后减小,气体流量越大降尘效果越好,巷道内的风速越大,干雾喷嘴的降尘效果越差。结合实验结果及现场实际情况设计了适用于胶带运输转载点的干雾降尘系统,取得了良好的降尘效果。 In order to improve the dust removal efficiency of dry fog nozzles in the underground workplace,the atomization characteristics of dry fog nozzles were studied experimentally. Then we obtained the relationship between the mean particle size of the droplet and the flow of gas and water, and determined the optimal working parameters. At the same time,a similar model of roadway is established, and the experiment of spraying dust is carried out. The results have shown that: The efficiency of dust reduction increases first and then decreases with the increase of water flow. The greater the gas flow,the higher the efficiency of the dry fog nozzle. However,the greater the wind speed in the roadway, the lower the efficiency of the dry fog nozzle. Combined with the experimental results and the actual situation of the site, a dry fog dust system is designed for tape transport transfer point, and achieved good field application effect.
