摘要
根据乳化液泵原理和MT/T 188.2-2000标准的要求,研制一种基于PLC的乳化液泵站测试系统。首先对乳化液泵站系统进行需求分析,确定乳化液泵测试系统的功能和性能要求。重点介绍乳化液泵站测试系统以西门子的PLC产品-CPU513为控制核心,以传感器(压力传感器、温度传感器、噪声传感器、振动传感器等)做检测单元,以电磁阀为执行机构。使用该测试系统对天玛公司生产的乳化液泵站进行了测试,在保障实验人员和设备安全性的前提下,提高了测试效率和测试精度。目前该测试系统已经作为泵站出厂检验和泵站技术研究的手段。
According to the principle of emulsion pump and the requirement of 188.2-2000 MT/T standard, develop a emulsion pump test system based on PLC. First of all to emulsion pump system demand analysis,to determine the function of the emulsion pump test system and performance requirements. Focus on emulsion pump test system with the Siemens PLC produets--CPU513 as the core, with sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, sensor noise, vibration sensor, etc.） to do detection unit, solenoid valve for actuators. Using the test system on the day of the emulsion pump station of the company＇s production of trial test, the safety of personnel and equipment in the protection of experiment, improve the test efficiency and test accuracy,etc. At present the test system has been as a means of pumping station and pumping station of product inspection technology research.
