摘要 为了提高加工中心工作台的设计效率,提出了基于Solidworks二次开发技术和尺寸驱动技术实现工作台快速建模的方法。阐述了以VBA为开发工具,运用Solidworks API技术,进行Solidworks二次开发的原理和过程以及开发过程中的关键技术,实现了加工中心工作台的快速建模及动态修改,Solidworks与VB相结合减少了编程工作量,能够有效提高产品的设计开发效率,对于开发专用零件设计软件具有重要参考价值。 To improve the efficiency of designing gantry machining center workbench, the secondary development of Solidworks and the dimension-driven method was raised in order to realize the rapid modeling of the workbench. The development principle and process of the secondary development of Solidworks and the key technology in development process was presented which using solidworks API technology based on VBA development tools. The rapid prototyping and dynamic modifying of the gantry machining center workbench was achieved. The integration of Solidworks and YB can reduce the workload of programming. The method can effectively improve the efficiency of product design and development. And it also has important reference value for developing designing software of special parts.
