北京医院2015―2016年门诊中药饮片处方点评与分析

Prescription review and analysis of clinical Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions in Beijing Hospital during 2015―2016

目的 :点评与分析北京医院门诊中药饮片处方,以了解用药情况、找出存在问题,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:每月抽取北京医院(以下简称该院)门诊1天的全部中药饮片处方进行点评,并对2015年4月至2016年12月的处方点评结果进行回顾性汇总分析。结果:该院门诊中药饮片处方基本能够注重对症用药和合理配伍,在3 904张点评处方中,合理处方为3 191张,不合理处方为713张,处方合理率为81.74%。结论:中药饮片在临床疾病防治中有着重要的地位,临床医生应切实做到在中医药理论指导下合理用药。加强中药饮片处方的定期点评和质量监督,有利于提高处方质量,保障临床用药的安全、有效和经济。

Objective： To review and analyze the clinical Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions in Beijing Hospital during 2015-2016, to understand the condition of drug use, find out existing problems, so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods： The Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions were monthly collected for review. The results of prescriptions in our hospital from Apr. 2015 to Dec. 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The prescription of Chinese medicine in the outpatient department of our hospital could meet the requirement of indication-oriented and rational compatibility. Of the total 3904 prescriptions sampled, 3191（81.74%） were reasonable vs. 713 unreasonable. Conclusion： Chinese herbal medicines played an important role in the therapy of clinical treatment, clinicians should use drugs under the guidance of traditional chinese medical theory. Regular inspections and quality supervisions on the Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions should be strengthened to improve the quality of prescriptions and to promote the safety, efficacy and economy of medication.
