1例自然流产患者的精准药学服务实践

Practice of precise pharmaceutical care for one patient with spontaneous abortion

目的 :探讨妇产科临床药师对自然流产患者进行精准医学指导下的药学服务经验。方法:对1例有过自然流产史患者进行药物基因检测,临床药师给予个体化用药建议,并定期随访指导用药。患者妊娠期及哺乳期预后良好。结果:通过药物基因检测为患者提供精确药物,注重全程化的个体化用药指导,患者用药依从性提高,从而有效保证用药精准。结论:妇产科临床药师应发挥专业特长,在精准医学的指导下,不断实践总结,精益求精做好药学服务。

Objective：To explore the mode of pharmaceutical care by obstetrics and gynecology clinical pharmacists for spontaneous abortion patients under the guidance of precision medicine.Methods：Based on the result of drug gene assay of one patient who had history of spontaneous abortion,clinical pharmacists provided advice for individualized medication,and followed and guided the medication regularly.Results：The patient＇s compliance was improved and had good prognosis during the periods of pregnancy and lactation.Conclusion：Obstetrics and gynecology clinical pharmacists can ensure the efficacy of pharmacotherapy through providing precise drug therapy regimen according to drug gene assay result and giving individualized medication guidance in the whole treatment process.
