应用三维超声评价亚临床糖尿病患者的左心房功能 被引量:2

Assessment of left atrial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using real time three-dimensional echocardiography

摘要 目的应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)定量评价左心房各个时相的功能改变。方法选取2015年10月~2016年4月就诊的亚临床2型糖尿病患者50例作为糖尿病组,选取同期健康体检者35例为对照组。比较两组人员标化后的左心房最大容积指数(LAVImax)、最小容积指数(LAVImin)和收缩前容积指数(LAVIpre),以及衍生指标:被动排空容积指数(LAVIp)、主动排空容积指数(LAVIa)和总排空容积指数(LAVIt)。结果 2型糖尿病组LAVImax、LAVImin、LAVIpre、LAVIa及LAVIt均高于对照组,LAVIp却低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应用RT-3DE测量LAVI可定量监测左心房储备功能、泵功能、管道功能的改变,有望成为评价亚临床心功能异常的新指标。 Objective To assess left atrial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using real-time three dimensional echoeardiography (RT-3DE). Methods A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 35 healthy individuals were se- lected and divided into 2 diabetes mellitus group (n = 50) and control group (n = 35). LAVImax, LAVImin, LAVIpre, LA- Via, LAVIt were compared between the two groups. Results LAVlmax, LAVIpre, LAVImin, LAVh, LAVIa in 2 diabetes mel- litus group were higher than those in control group, LAVIp in 2 diabetes mellitus group was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion LAVI derived from RT-3DE may be used as sen- sitive parameter to detect subclinical left atrial function in patients with diabetes mellitus.
