腹膜后上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例
Retroperitoneal epitheliond vascular smooth muscle lipoma: one case report
摘要
患者女，50岁。10余天前无明显诱因出现腹痛，与进食、体位改变等无关。余无异常。体检：腹软、无明显压痛、反跳痛，未触及明显肿块，肝脾肾未触及，Mushy征阴性，肠鸣音正常。实验室检查：血常规、肝炎指标、肝肾功能、癌胚抗原均（-）、糖类抗原CA19—9（-）。
