变应性支气管肺曲霉病是一种机体对寄生于支气管的曲霉产生变态反应所致的肺部疾病，本病好发于哮喘和囊性纤维化的患者当中。我国哮喘发病率高，提高对哮喘患者中变应性支气管肺曲霉病认识，并及时治疗，显得尤为重要。本病以糖皮质激素抑制免疫炎性反应联合抗真菌制剂减轻真菌负荷为主要治疗方案。另外还有抗IgE治疗及其他治疗。
