摘要
论述大型全回转起重船调横倾系统的常规设计方法,发现常规全回转起重船调横倾系统设计中存在调载速率无法与吊机匀速回转过程产生的横向力矩变化速率相匹配的问题,并提出设置变频控制的防横倾系统用于控制调载速率,从而与吊机匀速回转过程产生的横向力矩变化速率相匹配。
The paper discusses the conventional design method of the anti-heeling system of large swing lifting vessel, and finds that the water transfer rate of conventional anti-heeling system cannot match the crane torque change rate with uniform speed rotation. The paper proposes setting frequency control anti-heeling system to control the water transfer rate, which matches the crane torque change rate with uniform speed rotation.
