摘要
以某铺管船设计项目为依托介绍了固定式托管架的基本设计、结构设计和连接锁紧装置设计及计算。该托管架总长约79 m,高约7 m,铰点间距15.5 m,可应用于水深最大为350 m、管径为4 in^60 in的管线铺设,并可在5级海况(风速22.7 m/s,有义波高4.0 m)下待命而不弃管。
Taking an S-lay pipelaying vessel design project as an example, the basic design, structure design, hinge and locking device design and calculation of the fixed stinger are introduced. The stinger is about 79 m long, about 7 m high, and the distance between the two hitches is 15.5 m. It can pipe to 350 m deep. The pipe diameter range is 4 in~60 in. And the stinger system can standby without cast pipe in the sea condition of 22.7 m/s wind velocity and 4.0 m significant wave height.
