摘要
通过在虎门二桥承台结构混凝土中掺入疏水化合孔栓物,改善了混凝土的和易性,一定程度上提高了混凝土的力学性能,明显降低了混凝土的吸水率、氯离子扩散系数及电通量,提高了混凝土的抗渗等级,从而改善了混凝土的抗渗性能,防止钢筋锈蚀的发生,在工程应用过程中施工反馈良好,提高了混凝土的结构耐久性。
According to hydrophobic pore-blocking agent mixed in concrete structure for the bearing platform of 2nd Humen Bridge,it improved workability,and increased mechanical property of concrete. It obviously decreased water absorption,chloride dif-fusion coefficient and the electric flux of concrete,and also increased the anti-permeability grade. Thereby,chloride ion penetration of concrete was decreased,and the steel corrosion wasn't occurred. In the process of engineering application,it had good application effect,improved the concrete structure durability.
