摘要
采用单粒径再生砖粗骨料、水泥、水和适量聚丙烯仿钢纤维(PPTF)制备新型透水混凝土。研究仿钢纤维掺量、目标孔隙率、水灰比等因素对该混凝土力学性能和透水性的影响。结果表明:当水灰比为0.30~0.34,目标孔隙率为22%~26%,仿钢纤维掺量为3~4 kg/m3时,该混凝土具有良好的透水性,仿钢纤维阻裂增强效果显著,强度较高。
Single particle size recycled brick coarse aggregate,cement,water and proper amount of polypropylene steel fiber (PPTF) were used to prepare new water-permeable concrete. The influence of the amount of polypropylene steel fiber,the target porosity and the ratio of water to cement on the mechanical properties and water permeability of the concrete was researched. When the water-cement ratio is 0.30~0.34,the target porosity is 22%~26%,the polypropylene steel fiber content is 3~4 kg/m3,the polypropylene steel fiber crack enhancement effect is most obvious,the water permeability is reasonable and the strength is higher.
