摘要
分别采用自制的静水环境与压力水环境氯离子渗透模拟测试装置对3种沥青类卷材在无水压与外加水压作用下的抗氯离子渗透性能进行测试研究。结果表明,压力水环境下的防水卷材相比静水环境其氯离子渗透浓度增加。对比分析普通型、耐盐碱型及自粘型3种沥青卷材的抗氯离子渗透性发现,耐盐碱型沥青卷材的抗氯离子渗透性最佳,其在静水环境与压力水环境条件下试验30 d后的氯离子渗透量分别为0.15×10^(-3)、0.22×10^(-3) mg/(cm^2·d)。此外,采用的压力水环境测试方法具有模拟实际工况并进行加速试验的特点,其操作方法简单,试验数据可靠。
The performance of resistance to penetration of chloride ion of three types asphalt waterproofing membrane have been tested and researched by respectively using self-made hydrostatic environment and pressure-water environment testing device that can simulate chloride ion penetration. The results show that comparing to hydrostatic environment,in pressure -water environment the concentration of chloride ion penetration of waterproofing membrane increased. Comparative analysis the performance of resistance to penetration of chloride ion of three types asphalt waterproofing membrane (regular type,salt-tolerant type and self-adhesive type),the results showed that salt-tolerant type asphalt waterproofing membrane has the best performance of resistance to penetration of chloride ion,and the chloride ion penetration quantity in hydrostatic environment and pressure-water environment respectively is 0.15×10 -3 mg/(cm2·d) and 0.22×10 -3 mg/(cm2·d) after 30 test days. Meanwhile,the test method of pressure-water environment being used in this paper can simulate actual working condition and accelerate test,and also has the characteristics of easy operation and reliable test data.
