摘要
以1,3-二溴丙烷与1-(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)咪唑为原料制备了溴化1-(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-3-(3-溴丙基)咪唑盐,是葡糖衍生的手性N-杂环卡宾前体.对其元素分析(EA)、红外吸收光谱(IR)以及液相色谱-高分辨质谱(LC-HRMS)、1D和2D核磁共振波谱(包括~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、DEPT135、DEPT90、DEPT45、~1H-~1H COSY、~1H-^(13)C HSQC、~1H-13C HMBC)进行了解析和指认,对溴化1-(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-3-(3-溴丙基)咪唑盐的~1H NMR和^(13)C NMR信号进行了归属.
1 - ( 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl ) -3- ( 3-bromopropyl ) imidazolium bromide is synthesized by 1,3-dibro- mopropane and 1-( 2,3,4,6,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) imidazole, which is a glucose-derived chiral N-heterocyclic carbenc precursor. Herein, elemental analysis (EA), infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) , 1D NMR and 2D NMR (including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT135, DEPT90, DEPT45, 1H-1H COSY, H-13 C HSQC and 1 H-13 C HMBC) of 1-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) -3- (3-bromopropyl) imidazolium bromide were reported and elucidated, and all I H NMR and 13C NMR signals were assigned.
