Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体植入术后后囊膜混浊的临床观察

摘要 目的观察Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体植入术后后囊膜混浊(PCO)的有效性和并发症。方法选取我院眼科白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后PCO123例(123眼),行Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开,观察激光后的视力、眼压、后囊切开孔、并发症情况。结果本组123例(123眼)均一次性激光切开后囊膜,切开孔大小约3~4mm,术后视力较术前视力明显提高。,术后2小时眼压大于基础眼压5mmhg者12例(12眼),人工晶体损伤17例(17眼),玻璃体前界膜破裂15例(15眼)。术后随访期间未见视网膜裂孔、视网膜脱离、黄斑囊样水肿等眼底并发症。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体植入术后PCO可显著提高视力,并发症少,是治疗PCO的首选方法。 Objective To observation the efficacy and complications, of Nd:YAG laser treatment and intraocular lens implantation of posterior capsule opacificatio(PCO)Methods PCO 123 cases(123 eyes) ophthalmology cataract phacoemulsification combined and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital were collected. Nd..YAG laser posterior capsulotomy, observed after laser capsulotomy, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications of hole were assessed. Results All patients were one-time laser incision of posterior capsule, The visual acuity of the patients were improved obviously in the sizes of the incision about 3~4mm. Intraocular pressure was greater than that of basal intraocular pressure 2 hours after surgery, 5mmhgin 12 cases(12 eyes),intraocular lens damage in 17 cases(17 eyes), rupture of anterior vitreous membrane in 15 cases(15 eyes). There were no retinal complications such as retinal hole, retinal detachment and cystoid macular edema during the follow-up period. Conclusion PCO can significantly improve visual acuity and less complications after IOL implantation with Nd: YAG laser. It is the first choice for the treatment of PCO.
