摘要
急性视网膜坏死综合征是一种由疱疹病毒引起的眼部疾病。主要表现为视网膜坏死，以视网膜动脉炎为主的视网膜血管炎、玻璃体炎和后期发生的视网膜脱离。本文报道中西医结合治疗急性视网膜坏死综合征1例。
Acute retinal necrosis syndrome（ARNS）is an ocular disease caused by herpes viruses. The main manifestations are retinal necrosis, retinal vasculitis with retinal arteritis, vitreous inflammation and retinal detachment in the later stage. This article reports 1 case of acute retinal necrosis syndrome treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
