中国城市民族工作三十年实践之思考

Reflection on Practice of Urban Ethnic Work in China for Thirty Years

1987年中央首次提出"城市民族工作"这一概念,至2017年刚好三十年。本文以三十年城市民族工作实践为研究对象,在梳理城市民族工作发展历程和各城市经验做法的基础之上,论述新时期我国城市民族工作的新发展,以及思考"一带一路""大数据"等与城市民族工作的关系,并探讨新时期我国城市民族工作值得关注的几个问题。

The Chinese government proposed the concept of urban ethnic work in 1987 and there has been thirty years by 2017. Therefore, the present study takes the thirty - year urban ethnic work as re- search subject, discusses the new development of urban ethnic work in the new period on the basis of combing the development process and the experience and practice. The paper also studies the reflection on the relationship between One Belt One Road, Big Data and urban ethnic work, and the discussion about several issues that are worth concerning in the new period.
