西江苗寨旅游服务质量测评与提升研究

Research on the Evaluation and Promotion of Quality of Tourism Service in Xijiang Miao Village

近年来,以民族村寨为载体的民族文化旅游日益受到游客的青睐。但由于各种原因,民族村寨旅游在快速发展的同时,其旅游服务量也存在着一系列问题,这些问题严重影响了旅游景区的长远发展。文章选取极具代表性的民族村寨——西江苗寨为对象进行实地调查研究。通过用IPA分析法对其旅游服务质量进行分析,指出西江苗寨旅游服务质量的优势与不足;在此基础上,提出完善基础设施、开发特色商品、制定服务监测系统等旅游服务质量提升策略获得,以期为西江苗寨及其他民族村寨旅游服务质量的提升提供参考借鉴。

In recent years, national cultural tourism with ethnic villages as the carrier was increasingly favored by tourists. However, due to various reasons, with the rapid development of ethnic villages tourism, its quality of tourism service exists some series of issues, which affect the sustainable develop- ment of ethnic villages tourism. The paper adopts the representative ethnic village- Xijiang Miao village to carry out the field investigation, applies IPA analysis method to analyze its quality of tourism serv- ice, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the quality of tourism service in Xijiang Miao village. Based on the analysis, the present study also provides some strategies to promote the quality service of Xijiang, which include improving the infrastructure, exploring special commodity, and es- tablishing supervising system. The results also have great significances to the Xijiang Miao village and other ethnic villages to enhance the quality of tourism service.
