浅谈行政管理中领导干部的敬畏之心

On the Awe of Leading Cadres in Administrative Management

党的十八大指出,全党同志必须时刻把党和人民放在心中的最高位置。把党和人民放在最高位置,就是要忠诚于党、恪尽职守、心存敬畏。敬畏是一种因内心感到神圣而敬重和畏惧的心理过程。作为党和政府各级行政管理部门的领导干部特别是党员领导干部,要有效履行新世纪、新阶段的新使命,就必须在大胆工作、开拓创新的同时,时刻心存敬畏,行有所止,言有所惧,不断提高自身管理社会事务的能力和道德修养水平。

It was pointed out in the 19th CPC Congress that the Party comrades must always put the party and the people in the highest position in mind. That is to say, all CPC members should be loyal to the party, fulfill their duties and have a sense of awe. Awe is a psychological process of reverence and fear because of the sacredness of the heart. As the party and government administrative depart- ments at all levels of the leading cadres, especially leading cadres, to effectively fulfill the mission of the new stage in the new century, they should work in bold and innovative at the same time to constant- ly improve their ability to manage social affairs and moral standards.
