摘要
本文以笔者任教的某地方高校参与2015年"百万同题"活动得到的英语写作语料为蓝本,将其分为英语专业组和非专业组,对两组学生的写作表现从分数分布、自主学习数据(包括平均分、词汇、句法、段落和篇章等的维度对比)以及错误统计等三大方面进行具体分析。希望能对地方高校大学生英语写作状况做一个全面诊断,并对高校英语写作教学提出建议。
Based on the big data of "Big Writing Event under One Topic" in 2015, this study investi-gates the writing performance of students in a local university. Students are firstly divided into two groups, English major and non - English majors. Then, the study investigates these two groups from three aspects : the distribution of their writing scores, data of self - learning including average score, their performance in vocabulary, syntax, paragraph and text, and the statistical data of errors. Sugges- tions on English writing learning and teaching are given based on the results.
