Present Situation,Cause,and Countermeasures of Study Attitude in Local Universities

学风是影响教育质量的重要因素,当前一些地方高校学风不良的主要体现是:学生学习自主性缺失、学习态度不端正、缺乏学习目标。不良学风的产生,有学生自身因素,也有高校本身因素。解决学风问题,一是要以管理制度促进良好教风的形成,从而形成良好的学风;二是要引导学生做好学习规划,培养自觉学习的能力;三是要加强辅导员的培训力度,发挥辅导员的监管作用。

Study attitude is an important factor for the quality of education. However, there are some bad attitudes towards study in local universities, lacking of autonomous learning and learning goals. There are two main reasons which cause problems mentioned above, students themselves and universi- ties. Therefore, to resolve the problems, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, first, strengthening the management on the teaching attitude; second, cultivating self- study ability by guiding students to make plan for study; finally, strengthening the counsellors＇ training.
