地方高校秘书学专业实践教学现状及对策

The Practical Teaching and Strategy of the Secretary Science in Local University

部分地方高校的秘书学专业实践教学存在课程设置不够合理、师资力量薄弱、实训设备不足等问题,导致学生动手能力弱就业难度增加,要改变这一现状需从完善培养方案入手,增加实践比例、整合人才资源、建设实践基地,突出秘书学专业应用性的特点,这样才能培养出既有丰富理论知识又有实践动手能力的应用型秘书人才。

The courses of the secretary science have some unreasonable sides and lacked of teachers and practical equipments in Some local universities,which lead to the students＇ capability of practice is weaker and difficult to find a job.We must change this situation.Wu should better the style of cultivation,such as improve the chances of practices,blend the talent resources,establish the practice place and so on.We must enforce the applicability of secretary science,then we can cultivate the secretarial talents who are good at rich theoretical knowledge and practical ability.
