法律地位是确定权利义务和职责的前提,女性的法律地位与国家的文明程度密切相关。建国前,我国女性几乎没有权利和自由;建国以后,女性的法律地位发生了巨大而深刻的变化,开始由宪法性权利到法律权利,直至发展到现在的特别法律保护。我国女性法律地位的变迁是一个历史过程,女性法律地位的不断提升印证着社会的发展进步。

Women account for half of the total number of humans,plays a vital role in the development process of human society.Legal status is a prerequisite to determine their rights and obligations and responsibilities,the legal status of women is closely related with the civilization of the country.Before liberation,women have few rights and freedoms since the founding of the women＇s legal status has undergone tremendous and profound changes,women started by the constitutional right to a legal right,until it evolved into the special legal protection.Changes of the legal status of women in China is a historical process of women rising confirms the legal status of the development and progress of the society.
