摘要
针对目前配电网保护系统存在的缺点和不足,本文提出了一种适用于复杂配电网的层次化保护系统实用化方案.整套系统从上往下分3个层次:第1层为区域保护,又分为35kV区域保护和10kV区域保护;第2层为35kV站域保护;第3层为不依赖于通道的就地化保护.整套系统通过区域保护、站域保护和就地保护的配合实现对电网故障的快速隔离及智能恢复功能.大幅度提高了故障隔离与供电恢复的针对性和有效性,减少了人工成本和停电成本,提高了供电可靠性,从而产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益.
To solve the existing problems and shortcomings of the distribution network protection system, a practical scheme for the hierarchical protection system of complex distribution network is proposed. The whole system is divided into three levels. The first level is the regional protection which is divided into area protection for 35kV and area protection for 10kV. The second level is the 35kV station domain protection. The third level is the localization protection which is independent. The entire system through the Three-level pro- tections achieves the power grid fault isolation and intelligent recovery. This scheme greatly improves the tar- geted and effective of the fault isolation and power supply recovery, and can reduce the labor costs and power outages. And then, the reliability of the power supply is improved; and the economic and social benefits are generated.
