摘要 患者女，52岁。夜间打鼾10余年，但无其他不适症状，故未予重视及治疗，近两年患者日间嗜睡及注意力、记忆力减退情况逐渐加重。近期因双下肢出现可凹性水肿，就诊于当地医院。为求进一步诊治于我院行多道睡眠监测（PSG）。
