摘要
论文研究了H型钢矫直辊操作侧轴承端盖密封的失效形式和改进措施。研究结果表明,氧化铁皮和水进入轴承室内,污染了润滑油,降低了设备使用寿命。矫直辊操作侧轴承端盖密封进行全面技术改造升级后,氧化铁皮和水汽得到有效控制,保障了设备良好润滑状态,降低了停机时间和备件消耗。
This paper discussed the failure & countermeasure analysis for bearing sealing at operation side in H -Steel straightener roller. The results show that the oxidized scales and water into the bearing house through the poor sealing are the main reasons resulting in lubricating oil contamination seriously and reduction in the service life. An innovation of bearing sealing at operation side in H - Steel straightener roller was carried out to avoid the oxi- dized scales and water into the bearing house resulting in keeping the machine in well - lubricated state and reducing the downtime and spare part consumption.
