摘要 本文介绍了炉口微差压技术在转炉炼钢湿法除尘中的应用,描述了转炉烟气净化系统的工艺流程,RSW型喉口文氏管自动调节过程以及炉口烟气压力、死区宽度活动、烟罩与炉口的距离参数的优化设定,结果表明提高系统的除尘效率,有利净化环境。 This paper introduced an application of the oven mouth micro differential pressure technique by RSW type of venturi tube throat in wet dedusting for converter, also described automatic adjustment of vendors tube throat, the process of wet dedusting system converter gas, finally discussed parameters setting value of the oven gas pressure ,dead zone width and the distance between activity hood and oven mouth. The results show great improvement in the efficiency of the system to beneficial to purify the environment.
