库存管理是企业生产管理的重要环节,直接影响到生产的正常进行和资金周转。本文主要针对备件库存管理中存在问题及降低备件库存量的措施进行探讨。
Inventory management is an important part of enterprise production and management, which directly affects the normal production and capital turnover. The existence questions about the spare parts stock management are analyzed and the measures about reducing the spare part stock are discussed.
