Establishment of AIIB Centre for Settlement of International Disputes: A Preliminary Feasibility Study

亚洲基础设施投资银行是否能够在众多多边区域性机构中脱颖而出、永续经营,取决于这些争端能否有效和公平地得到解决。为此,建议设立亚洲基础设施投资银行投资争端解决中心(ACSID),为银行与银行客户之间的争端、使用亚投行贷款的私人客户与成员方之间的投资争端、亚投行所资助或投资的项目的当事人之间的争端等,提供独立、公正、有效的解决渠道。

As the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB)unfolds its business,more and more disputes are expected to arise between the bank and its clients.While competing with other multilateral development banks,the AIIB must find a way to have such disputes resolved effectively,independently and fairly to sustain its development.This article offers a preliminary feasibility study of establishing the AIIB Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
