摘要
英国新的电梯条例于2016年12月8日起正式实施,该条例由欧盟2014年颁布的电梯指令转化而来。本文在介绍其的颁布背景和立法特点的基础上,主要阐述的是该条例中涉及的电梯安装商这一经济行为人所应负的责任和义务。旨在为研究技术性法规的立法经验和我国电梯设备出口欧盟成员国提供相关参考。
Britain＇s new lifts regulations were officially implemented on 8th December 2016, which were transformed from the Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU. Based on the introduction of the establishment background and legislation specifics of this regulation, this paper mainly demonstrates the obligations of lift installer as being one of economic operators in the lift market. The article mainly aims at providing relevant references for studying legislation experience of technical regulations and for exporting our domestic lift to EU member states.
