摘要
无机房电梯在电梯行业中所占比例越来越大,如何安全有效解救被困人员是一个亟须解决的问题。本文结合电梯监督检验和定期检验规则,从原理上分别对无机房电梯机械松闸救援、电动松闸救援、断电自动平层救援等三种应急救援装置进行分析。指出了救援过程中重点应该关注的几点事项,并且结合某家电梯制造厂家的手动抱闸回路图纸分析了几点可能导致应急救援装置失效的原因,对如何完善应急救援装置提出几点个人建议。
With the growing proportion of room-less elevator in the industry, rescuing trapped people in a secure and efficient way has become a problem in need of solution. This article has incorporated the regulations for elevator supervisory inspection and periodical inspection, deep dived in the basic principles of three emergency rescue devices including mechanical release, electric release and UPS. Meanwhile, it highlighted some key points during the rescuing procedure. It also proposed ways for the improvement of emergency rescuing devices by summarizing the causes of emergency rescuing device failure from a manufacturer's manual brake circuit drawings.
