浅析《锅炉节能技术监督管理规程》(TSG G0002—2010)第1号修改单

Analysis on No.1 Amendment of the “Supervision Administration Regulation on Energy Conservation Technology for Boiler”(TSG G0002—2010)

《锅炉节能技术监督管理规程》自实施以来,促进锅炉各个环节的节能起到重要作用。随着锅炉节能技术的发展,锅炉能效水平不断提升,为了进一步促进锅炉节能减排,国家颁布了《锅炉节能技术监督管理规程》第1号修改单。本文对修改单内容进行详细的解读,并就修改单对锅炉制造、安装改造修理、使用等环节的影响进行浅析,以便于锅炉节能监察机构、能效测试机构和制造厂等单位更好地理解和执行修改单内容,实现平稳过渡。

Since the implementation of the ＂Supervision administration regulation on energy conservation technology for boiler＂, this regulation has played an important role in promoting the energy saving of the boiler. With the development of boiler energy saving technology, the boiler energy efficiency level has been improved, in order to further promote the boiler energy saving and emission reduction, the state promulgated the No.1 amendment of ＂Supervision administration regulation on energy conservation technology for boiler＂. This paper gives a detailed interpretation of the content of amendments, and the effect of modification of a single boiler manufacture, installation repair, use and other aspects, in order to facilitate the energy conservation supervision mechanism, boiler efficiency test mechanism and manufacturing plant and other units to better understand and execute modification of a single content, to achieve a smooth transition.
