起重机械相关法规条款之商榷

Discussion of Laws and Regulations for Crane

论文根据某大型企业起重机械实际使用情况,通过举例分析说明当前正在实施的起重机械相关法规部分条款在落实执行过程中,存在着不足的现象,导致企业增加了不必要的安全投入和社会资源。论文从科学角度论述了制定起重机械相关法规的必要性,提出了如何在管控安全风险、降低企业安全监管成本以及避免社会资源浪费等方面的建议,具有一定现实意义。

According to the actual use of cranes in a large enterprise, with the analysis by way of illustration, part of the crane relevant laws and regulations being implemented shows in adequate and unscientific phenomenon in the process of implementation, which causes enterprise to increase unnecessary investment in safety and waste of social resources, this paper discusses the necessity of formulating the relevant laws and regulations of crane from the scientific point of view, and puts forward some suggestions on how to make the best balance in controlling security risks, reducing the cost of enterprise safety supervision and avoiding waste of social resources, which has a certain practical significance.
