摘要 本文比较了09MnNiDR焊接接头在焊态和SR态的组织、拉伸性能和摆锤冲击性能,揭示了09MnNiDR钢在焊接过程中有M-A组元出现,以及经去应力退火后M-A组元明显分解的现象,同时试验表明M-A组元的分解可以大幅度改善焊接接头的低温韧性。 In this paper, the microstructure, tensile properties and impact absorbed energy of 09MnNiDR welded joint in the welded and SR states were compared. The research revealed the martensite-austenite constituent was generated in the welding process of the steel, and the apparent decomposition of M-A group after annealing by stress annealing, in the meantime, the performance of low-temperature toughness of the joint improved remarkable after the annealing.
