增强型消防电梯用作疏散通道的探讨

Discussion on Usage of Enhanced Firefighting Lift as Evacuation Exit

高层建筑如遇火灾,按现行法规和标准是禁止乘用电梯逃生的,只能拥挤在狭窄的楼梯上。本文阐述了增强型消防电梯的基本结构和配置,说明只要具备了防火、防水、防烟和紧急逃生通道这四大功能,其楼内人员除选择楼梯外还可以乘电梯逃生,补充作为大楼的第二条疏散通道。

According to the existing laws and standards, people are forbidden to use lift to escape from a building on fire. Everyone has to crowd in the narrow stairs. The basic structure and configuration of enhanced firefighting lift are stated. It is presented that as long as a lift is fireproof, waterproof, smoke proof, and has emergency exits; people in the building are able to escape by this lift besides by stair. The enhanced firefighting lift can be used as the second evacuation exit.
