摘要
拉曼光谱是基于拉曼散射的光谱测定技术,具有灵敏度高、不损坏试样,测定时间短等优点,在临床医药、材料化工、食品检疫、司法鉴定等领域已有广泛的应用,在环境保护领域应用还不多见。本文通过调研大量文献,讨论总结了拉曼光谱技术及其在国内外环境污染分析中的典型应用,指出该技术在环境保护监测中拥有巨大的应用潜能,对未来使用拉曼光谱技术进行环保监测工作提供参考。
Raman spectroscopy is a measurement technique based on Raman scattering, taking the advantages of high sensitivity, no damage to samples and short analytical time et al. Raman spectroscopy is widely used in clinical medicine, chemical materials, food inspection and forensic authentication. However, its application in environmental analysis is very rare. We discussed the typical application of Raman spectroscopy in analysis of environmental pollutants at home and abroad with the help of literatures reviewing, and point out that Raman spectroscopy has a great potential in environmental monitoring, providing technical supports for future use of it in this field
