多功能原子光谱仪的设计与实现

摘要 随着多种检测方法联用技术的普及,对于更简便,快捷,易于操作和维护的集成式检测仪器的需求也与日俱增。为了满足食品安全领域对有毒重金属常量及微痕量的监控需求,本文介绍了一种集原子吸收与原子荧光光谱仪为一体的多功能原子光谱仪的研制,包括模拟信号处理、分光检测系统;自动进样系统及光路、光源选择等关键技术的设计,并对该光谱仪性能进行测试。其结果表明,多功能原子光谱仪与现有原子吸收和原子荧光光谱仪相比,具有较宽的检测范围,包括锰、砷、汞、铜等主要有毒重金属元素,且精密度相对较高,并配备有强大的后期数据处理的功能。值得注意的是该光谱仪的体积相对较小,符合人体工程学设计,可使操作更简便,并配备自动进样器,可以同时进行多个样品测试,满足快速检测的需求。 The associated analytical methods had been widely applied nowadays, the demand of a new integrated analytical instrument which has the features of easy operate and maintain, quick response; miniaturization is increasing for normal and trace analysis of toxic heavy metal in food safety field. In this paper, a new kind of analytical instrument integrate atomic absorption with atomic florescence spectrophotometry has been developed, including the key technical design of analog signal processing, dispersive spectrometers, automatic sampling system and optimize of light source and pathway, etc. The testament of the atomic absorption-florescence spectrophotometry showed that it has a wide detection range and relative high precision in toxic heavy metal detection such as manganese, arsenic, mercury, copper, compared with other current atomic absorption and atomic florescence spectrophotometry on market. The atomic absorption- florescence spectrophotometry also equipped with a powerful post-data processing component. It is remarkable that the atomic absorption-florescence spectrophotometry is relative small in scale with an ergonomic design which make it is easy operated, the automatic sampling system could make simultaneous detection possible, which meet the needs of rapid detection. The realization of atomic absorption-florescence spectrophotometry fills the gap in the market and could be a reference in the developing of other kind of integrated analytical instrument later on
