基于直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收法快速测定葡萄酒中铅的研究

摘要 建立了直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收法测定葡萄酒中铅的快速分析方法。通过对酸种类及浓度、基体改进剂种类及浓度、灰化温度和原子化温度的研究,优化了石墨炉原子吸收法测定葡萄酒中重金属铅的条件。在最佳实验条件下,本方法检出限为0.297ng/mL,定量限为0.990ng/mL,与国标方法相比,相对误差在-3.42%-6.83%之间,加标回收率为94.07%-101.73%,方法精密度为3.24%。本法所需时间短,且无复杂前处理过程,适用于直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收法测定葡萄酒中铅。 A rapid method for the determination of lead in grape wine was proposed by direct sampling using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry(GF-AAS). Some factors were studied including the kind of dilution and concentration, the kind and concentration of matrix modifier. The instrument conditions were optimized, which includes ashing temperature and atomization temperature. Under optimal conditions, the result showed the method detection limits were 0.297μg/kg and quantification limits were 0.990μg/kg. Compared with the national standard- GB5009.12-2010, the RSD was -3.42%-6.830%.And the average recoveries were 94.07%-101.73%.The precision of method was RSD= 3.24%. This method is rapid and accurate without complex sample pretreatment, and it is suitable for the rapid detection of grape wine samples
