It is not the first time that applications go to overseas, expanding foreigner market is not the main purpose,but permeating local market and developing new opportunities.Early stage applications went to overseas mostly are tools,and focused on the universality of products,not the localization.But the content goes to overseas must connected with culture strongly.Short video and other content community products are always the same. How to implement he localization of the product with fully consideration and satisfaction in regional market, and based on the local cultural attribute, all of those need to be resolved.
