变革、认知、激励、制度:广州“城中村”生态修复社区参与动力机制研究

Transformation, Awareness-Raising, Impetus, Mechanism: Research on Mechanism Motivating More Communities to Participate in Restoring Ecology of City Villages in Guangzhou

在广州,以"城中村"改造为主要方式实现"城中村"生态修复的实践,虽然取得了一些积极的效果,但许多"城中村"往往因为社区参与的微观运作管理层面动力机制缺失,致使生态修复活动不能持续,已有成果不能保持。因此,从社区参与的微观运作管理角度,探索构建社区参与动力机制就非常必要。本文探索性地引入"变革力""认知力""激励力""制度力"即"四动力"分析方法,通过文献研究、现场访谈、问卷调查等方法,来分析研究并解决微观层面的社区参与动力机制缺失问题,将有利广州"城中村"生态修复的可持续推进。

Some fruits have been achieved in restoring the ecology of city villages in Guangzhou by transformation. However, because of short of mechanism to motivate more communities to participate in this cause, the developments are no longer sustainable. Thus, it is necessary to erect a scheme serving the villages' betterment. This paper explores multiple methodologies like literature study, interview, questionnaire survey and so on to seek for solutions to the problem in four aspects, that is, transformation, awareness-raising, impetus, and mechanism.
