摘要
目的:研究苦竹叶多糖对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用。方法:构建2型糖尿病小鼠模型,分为空白组、模型组、苦竹叶多糖治疗组、空白药物组,给予相应药物,测定各组小鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖耐量、肝糖原等指标,并进行比较分析。结果:苦竹叶多糖治疗组小鼠FBG水平显著上升(P<0.01),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降而FINS水平显著升高(P<0.05),与模型组比较差异显著。空白药物组小鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖耐量、肝糖原水平与空白组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:苦竹叶多糖对2型糖尿病小鼠有显著的降血糖效果,可能与调节自由基代谢有关。
Objective:To study on the hypoglycemic effect of polysaccharide from pleioblastus amarus leaves (PPAL) on diabetic rats. Methods:To construct the diabetic rats as animal model and feed diabetic rats with PPAL, we detected the fasting blood glu cose levels, insulin, glucose tolerance , hepatic glycogen content , the activity of blood serum SOD and the content of blood serum MDA in the normal group,the model and PPAL control group. We statisticsed and analysed the data. Results:Compared with the model group,diabetic rats fed with PPAL could significantly reduce fasting blood glucose levels, the content of blood serum MDA, meanwhile ,improve the FINS level, glucose tolerance and increase hepatic glycogen content and the activity of blood serum SOD. Compared with the normal group, the normal group fed with PPAL had no effect on FBG, FINS, glucose tolerance, hepatic glyco gen content. Conclusion: Polysaccharide from pleioblastus amarus leaves had obvious hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats, which might be related to many factors.
