摘要
糖尿病肾病是一种严重危害人类健康的常见慢性疾病,中医认为其病机总属本虚标实,血瘀贯穿病程始终,因此在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中尤为重视活血化瘀法,且取得了确切疗效。拟就活血化瘀法防治糖尿病肾病的临床研究和基础研究进展进行总结,以期为该病的诊疗提供参考依据。
Diabetic nephropathy is a common chronic disease that seriously endangers human health. Doctors of traditional Chinese medicine considered that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy belongs to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, and blood stasis runs through the course of DN. Based on this, The principle promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is val ued in the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and had a good curative effect. In this paper, we discussed comprehensively the clinical research and basic research progress of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of diabetic ne phropathy.
