摘要 随着滚动开发的推进,地处鄂尔多斯盆地的大牛地气田出现了地层压力降低、气井油压逐年递减的情况,为此有必要开展二次增压工程。经过调研分析和论证对比,并通过软件模拟,明确了大牛地气田二次增压工程的增压布局(单站增压)、增压工艺(高低压分输工艺和高低压混输工艺结合)和压缩机的选型(气驱压缩机),同时也确定了二次增压工程的时机(2017年开始分步实施二次增压)。优选了A号和B号两座集气站作为先导试验站,根据其投资和成本分别进行了经济评价,经分析A号站投资回收期为3.9年,B号站投资回收期为2.3年,故两座集气站二次增压工程均具有一定的经济效益。 Along the progressive development of Daniudi gasfield in Ordos Basin, some problems also occur, such as a decrease of formation pressure and a gradual decrease of oil pressure year by year. So, it's very necessary to implement secondary pressurization.After investigation, analysis, and simulation, we made clear the pressurization deployment and process, and the compressor selection of gas displacement compressor, furthermore determined the timing of secondary pressurization beginning from 2017. In addition, we optimally selected two gas-gathering stations(A and B) as pilot test, and fulfilled an economic evaluation on both investment and cost. Results show that for A and B stations, their payback periods should be individually 3.9 years and 2.3 years. In general, a certain economic benefits will be obtained after secondary pressurization.
