盐岩储气库腔底堆积物扩容及工艺应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对国内在建的盐穴储气库其盐岩大都具有品位低、泥质夹层较多、不溶杂质含量较高的特点,对堆积物的形成及存在的影响进行了阐述,基于微积分原理采用线性插值方法对其堆积各项体积参数进行了分析和计算,得出了堆积物扩容体积的评价方法,并对相应扩容工艺进行了优选分析,最后结合现场生产和堆积物条件,在国内金坛某库区A井完成了扩容现场试验及效果分析,据分析结果充分利用堆积空隙体积多排出残余卤水近5 000 m^3,腔体实现了有效扩容,扩容方案应用可行。 Most salt-rock gas storages now building in China are characterized by low class, much argillaceous intercalation, and higher content of insoluble impurities. In this study, the formation and appearance of deposits were at first analyzed, and then their volumetric parameters were calculated by using linear interpolation method based on principles of calculus; thirdly a method to evaluate the expansion volume was developed and a kind of corresponding expansion technology was optimized; finally, an expansion test was finished in A well of one gas storage in Jintian. Results show that about 5000 m^3 of residual brine may be drained from voidstacking volume and these deposits are expanded effectively. In general, this expansion technology is flexible.
