技术商业化是知识形态的科学技术转化成为物质形态的生产力的过程,而在油气科技成果转化应用过程中,技术有形化、价值化以及商业化是必不可少的重要步骤。分析了油气技术有形化、价值化以及商业化的内涵、相互关系以及在油气技术商业化过程中面临的主要难点和应对策略建议。研究认为:为了进一步促进油气科技成果的商业化,需要建立油气技术专业交易服务平台,并在此基础上加快油气技术交易基础数据库建设以及加强技术交易专业人才体系建设。

The commercialization of technology is a process that technology of knowledge form converts to productivity of physical form. While in the conversion and application of oil and gas technologies, the process that the technologies become tangible, valuebased and commercialized is an indispensable step. The paper analyzes the process that the oil and gas technologies become tangible,value-based and commercialized, the mutual relations among them and main difficulties, countermeasures and suggestions in the commercialization of the oil and gas technologies. Study shows that to further promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, a professional oil and gas technologies trading service platform should be established, the construction of a basic database for oil and gas technologies trading should be quickened and the establishment of a professional technologies trading talent system should be enhanced.
