地方高校艺术设计教育存在的问题及对策探析

Problems of Education in Art Design of Local Universities and Relevant Countermeasures

当前,地方高校艺术设计教育存在课程设置跟不上现代设计的需要、基础课与专业设计课脱节、理论教学与实践教学不能同步、综合性(双师型)师资缺乏、现代教育模式无法确立等诸多问题。为切实提高学生的实践能力和创意能力,培养符合社会需求的艺术设计人才,需从以下几个方面着力:基础课与专业课、教学与市场紧密联系;建立现代化的实践教学模式;给学生建立多样化的信息传达平台;内培与外引相结合,提高师资水平,改善师资结构。

At present, there are several problems of higher education in art design, such as curriculum setting not in consistent with requirements of modem design, elementary courses being out of line with professional design courses, asynchrony of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, lack of double-qualified teachers, uncertainty of modem educational pattern. The following counter- measures can be applied to solve these problems, for the purpose of cultivating art designers to meet the needs of the society, and im- proving students＇ practical ability and creative ability. First, elementary courses and professional courses shall be closely related, as well as the connection between teaching and market. Second, modernized practical teaching patterns should be established. Third, diverse information communication platforms should be built for students. In the end, the structure of teachers should be improved through training of internal teachers and introduction of teachers from outward.
