摘要
在超级电容单体质量可靠的前提下,其串级连接的可靠与否是其能量管理系统质量的关键因素,目前尚无有效的直接测量可靠连接的方法。文章基于数据分析,指出不可靠连接的电容单体在充电过程中存在瞬时压升、压降和总压升数据异常现象,并提出实时监测单体电压的电容连接诊断方法。基于上述方法,以某有轨电车的超级电容管理系统为例,通过数据分析,实现了对不可靠连接单体的故障识别,降低了维修的强度。
In the premise of super capacitor reliable quality, the cascade connection is reliable or not is the key factor to energy management system quality. At present, there is no effective direct measurement of reliable connections. Based on the data analysis, this paper points out that the transient voltage variation in the charging process will be abnormal when the capacitor monomers connection is not reliable. It also puts forward the diagnosis method of real-time monitoring capacitor voltage. Based on the above method, taking the management system of a super capacitor tramcar as an example, through data analysis, the fault identification of unreliable connection monomers is realized, which reduces the maintenance strength.
